There is a band, Sanctus Real. They are wonderful. The lead singer is Matt and he and his wife Sarah welcomed into the world a sweet baby boy named Bowen. Please take the time to read this miraculous story and pray for them. God is truly wonderful!!

I came across these pictures today and realized I never posted them. There are some good ones here. These are a few of our good friends we had over last winter. Its great to look at the kids and to see how they have grown.
We are blessed to have all of these wonderful people in our lives. Isn't it great to have people to go through life with. There are so many times we need each other.

Hudson with his "sweet" teacher Ms. Amanda. He just walked in and she showed him right where his chair was. He was so brave. He slowly pulled out his chair to sit down and start building away.

He really liked it. He was happy to see his sister. Lauren rode the bus there after school.
It is such a blessing to watch my children grow up..but it is so bittersweet.
I want them to spread their wings and fly...

~ Birthday Girl ~

My sweet Lauren has turned 10!! Wow! Double digits! I can not believe how fast the past ten years have gone. Terral and I took her to lunch at Marketplace. We let her pick.

Of course she had to get the chocolate mess! It was so good. She was generous to share with her Daddy and I. Terral and I had a great time chatting with her. I laughed a lot at lunch today and it was nice to spend some time with her without the boys. She deserves some mom and dad time.

Lauren has been talking about cutting her hair. I did not think she really wanted to. I scheduled her a hair appointment thinking she would get a trim, but she did not. She really cut off a lot!!!

Here is the finished product. I think it looks cute. It is taking me awhile to get used to it.

I am so proud of the young lady you are becoming. My prayer is that you would seek after Jesus and follow your heart wherever you go. I love you so much!!!

Well, the moment has arrived......

Mrs. LaDonna Robbins!!!

We are thrilled. I do not know who was more excited, Lauren or I.
Mrs. Robbins is who Lauren really wanted. On top of that, two of her best friends are in her class. Plus many more... I am not sure that is a great thing. They might get a little chatty.
I am so thankful for the teacher Lauren got.
