~ Beautiful Key West, Florida ~

Our ship.

Eating ice cream.

Reading all the shirts. Some were pretty funny...others not so much. Glad Harper and Hudson could not read.

The posers. They automatically do this. Aren't they fun?

A gorgeous house!!

Love me some palm trees!!

Terral and I.

Lauren and I. This was taken at the oldest house in Key West.

Terral and Hudson.

Just a shot of Key West.

Eating at Jack Flatts, I think that was the name. Terral's dad eats there every time they are in Key West. He has to get this grouper sandwich. I guess its his tradition.

Sweet Lauren.

I love this picture!! Makes me want to go back!!

Back on the boat, eating ice cream once again!!

Momma and J!!

~ After Dinner ~

After dinner some of us changed our clothes and hit the soft serve ice cream. After ice cream, this little machine caught some attention. The kids were not allowed in the casino, but this machine was right on the edge of the entrance so they would stand and watch. It was one of those quarter machines when you think, "I will put one quarter in and all of those will fall."

By the end of the week, I could make some serious ice cream cones. Terral was the best at it. The kids needed a lot of practice, but Lauren got better and better. I think we ate ice cream after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plus we would have it for an afternoon snack.

This is one of my favorite pictures from the cruise!!! My little man!!!

~ Formal Night ~

This was the first formal night of the cruise.

Hud and I. (blurry, I know)

Hudson and one of our waiters, Edy.

Each night Edy made something for the kids or did some kind of trick.
They loved it!!!

Grandpa and Lauren.

Edy, Lauren, Tori, and Bruno. They called him Bruno Mars! HA!

Bill and Stacy!

~ Girl's Spa Day ~

Lauren and Tori got to have some spa time. They had a pedicure and manicure. They gave the girls ice cream, massaged their feet, and they had some special foot soak.

The girls thought it was so cool. I am glad Lauren got to do something special just for her. Her brothers make being a girl difficult sometimes! :)

~ Bon Voyage ~

The first thing we do when we get on the ships is eat! So thats what we all did! The boat did not leave New Orleans until 4 or 4:30 and we boarded about 11, I think. So we had time to explore, eat, and relax.

Everytime you are on a ship there is an emergency drill. That is when the kids get their bracelets that tells what muster station they report to. Just in case there is an emergency and the children are in camp carnival, the workers take them to that specific station and they parents are to meet them there.

Here is the crew out on the deck as we set sail!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Love this picture of Harper and Hudson.

Aunt Karla and Uncle Ronnie. It was a little rainy the day we took off.

Terral and Lindsey breaking it down. When the Meekers hear music, they dance!! (Except at church, you know those Baptists...I am not making fun either, I am one!! )

Harper and Hudson carrying on the Meeker dance tradition. Lindsey, Terral, and I are proud!!

Lauren and I before our first dinner on the ship.

I love this picture of Lauren and her grandma. So sweet! She loves her grandma so much!!

Cruise 2011

The time FINALLY came for us to go on the cruise we booked so long ago! I wanted to take pictures throughout the trip, so that is what I did. Here are the kids on the way to New Orleans where we boarded the ship.

Harper got to ride with the boys a little while. That was fun!!

We had to have a picture of the Greenwood, Louisiana sign!!

This one you can't read so well but it says "Meeker Turkey Creek". We had to get a picture of that also.
Just a snapshot of the boys as we travel. As you have probably noticed, Hudson would flash his peace sign in most photos. Not sure why, but it was his thing all week!

Aunt Karla and the boys at the outlet mall in Gonzales, Louisiana. This was a great outlet mall! I could have gone crazy!!

Bill, Stacy, and Tori. They decided to book the cruise with all us Meekers. They were brave! HA!

Everyone waiting patiently to get on the boat.

Harper and Hudson

Finally time to get on! This is Grandma Penny and Paul and Aunt Karla and Uncle Ronnie.

~ A Weekend in Branson ~

The kids observing a checkers game on the famous porch of Cracker Barrel.

Isn't this the cutest? C Hobbs and L enjoying each other's company at Cracker Barrel.

We found a great hotel last year and decided to stay there again. The great thing...they serve cobbler, cookies, and ice cream at night! How awesome is that?

The Hobbs family in Branson! We were so excited they decided to come!! We love hanging out with them!! They are just part of the family! Terral's parents love 'em too! When we are all together we have such a great time!

Boarded on the tram to Silver Dollar City!

Look at those smiles! They all had a great time! The Hobbs children enjoyed ALL the roller coasters. They are little dare devils. Hudson went on Thunderation for the first time and I think he is scarred for life! Oops.....
