I can't believe it. My sweet little Lauren turned 9! Wow! Where does the time go? We celebrated with a swim party at Burton Pools and Spas. It was really kinda crazy. The weather was nuts. We ate pizza, then there was a small time frame to swim. The kids swam for about 30 minutes. That was it because it was stormy and there was seriously 30 minutes when there was no lightning. Then it was on to the cookie cake decorated with a bright peace sign. I guess "peace" is the thing these days. All she wanted was stuff with peace signs on it. Purses, clothes, necklaces...
